Dosa is a staple food dish in south Indian states. It is made from batter mixed of rice and black gram lentils. Although there are a varity of dosa, but the thinner and crispier dosas are famous all over. Dosas made from Gajanand Dosa Mix are delightfully crispier and golden in colour. They can be served with varieties of chutney and sambhar(made from Gajanand Sambhar Masala), with a variety of fillings like vegetable masala, potato bhaji, cheese, tandoori paneer and many more as per choice.
