Vada, a well-known recipe of Southern India are flitters famous as Medu Vada either in doughnut or disc shaped and are made from black gram and bengal gram. It can be eaten throughout the day either with Idli as a part of breakfast or is eaten as a light snack or as an accompanimment to another dish. It is never the main course.
Gajanand Vada Mix when added with chopped green chillies, ginger paste, black pepper and curry leaves make a great dish to taste.
