1 pack Gajanand Dakor Gota Mix Flour (400g)

Water – as required

Oil – for deep frying
Instructions:

In a large mixing bowl, add Gajanand Dakor Gota Mix Flour.

Gradually add water and mix well to form a smooth batter of medium consistency (similar to dough).

Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.

Take small portions of the prepared batter and shape into small round balls (about 20g each).

Carefully drop the shaped balls into hot oil.

Fry them till golden brown and crispy on all sides.
