👩‍🍳 Preparation Instructions

1. Mix: Combine the entire 400g pack with 640 ml of water. Let it rest for 15 minutes.

2. Tempering: Heat 120g of oil and add mustard seeds, sesame seeds, red chilli, and asafoetida (hing). Mix this tempering into the batter.

3. Cook: Pour the batter into a handvo cooker or baking dish. Cook on high heat for 15 minutes, then on medium heat for 30 minutes until golden brown.

4. Serve: Enjoy hot with tea, chutney, or tomato ketchup.
