🥤 Traditional Buttermilk (Chaas) Recipe Using Gajanand Buttermilk Masala
🛒 Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh curd (yogurt)
- 2 cups cold water
- 1 tsp Gajanand Buttermilk Masala
- ½ tsp roasted cumin powder (optional, for extra flavor)
- 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- 4-5 mint leaves (optional, for freshness)
- ½ tsp black salt (if needed)
- Ice cubes (optional)
👨🍳 Preparation Method:
1️⃣ Blend the Buttermilk:
- In a blender or mixing bowl, whisk the curd until smooth.
- Add cold water and blend again until frothy.
2️⃣ Add Spices & Herbs:
- Mix in Gajanand Buttermilk Masala and roasted cumin powder.
